Manousheh

This is a typical Lebanese breakfast, we call it the breakfast of the poor. It's a pizza dough, baked with either thyme, cheese or keshek. You can choose to have a cocktail manousheh, which is half cheese half thyme. It would be ideal to have your manousheh with a cup of sweet tea in the morning.
